LanguageLine Solutions established the “Voice of the Customer” or “VOC” program several years ago as part of a commitment to providing the high quality of language services that our customers want and deserve. 

Benefits of VOC

  • Customer feedback leads to continuous improvement the products we feature
  • Provides a speedy and efficient way to determine the quality of services
  • Helps us respond just as quickly to your requests, suggestions or compliments

Who may submit a VOC

  • Any customer, representative of a customer, or client, patient, member, or provider of a customer may submit a VOC.

What happens after a VOC is submitted

  • The person submitting the VOC and the LanguageLine Solutions customer (if not the same person) receives an immediate acknowledgement that the VOC has been received.
  • If the VOC requires any investigation, the person submitting the VOC and the customer receive an email that provides the results of the investigation and outlines any action taken as a result of the VOC.
