You Receive A Call

Place the LES on conference hold and dial the Language Line Services toll-free access number.
Enter your eight-digit PIN.

Speak the name of the language requested into the automated platform.
When the interpreter is connected, conference in the LES.

You Need To Make A Call

Dial the Language Line Services toll-free number.
Enter your eight-digit PIN
Speak the name of the language requested into the automated platform.
When the interpreter is connected, either call your LES or the interpreter can place the call for you within the U.S. or internationally.

You Are Face-To-Face

Dial the Language Line Services toll-free number.
Enter your eight-digit PIN
Speak the name of the language requested into the automated platform.
When the interpreter is connected, use your speakerphone, or pass your handset back and forth.
