From reception of a new request, our SmartMATE translation software will apply the client’s translation memories and glossaries for quotation and later have always it available to our translators. We can also integrate customised Machine translation technology when suitable and agreed with our clients.

Via a web platform our translators, proof-readers and customer reviewers can access the content source, target and all language assets without compromising the security of the data.

We can connect to your source content platform, whether it is a CMS or you are using your own Translation Management System (TMS) and working with multiple suppliers. 80% of the work we receive it is sent via a customer management system to SmartMATE directly, reducing touch points and increasing productivity.

Our SmartMATE translation software is also a powerful Machine Translation (MT) platform, combining our own neural language engines with connections to other MT sources to produce the best MT output for the content and customer profile. Our in-house NLP team will also work on customisation of engines and the output can be either integrated in the translation process or presented via the SmartMATE dashboard.
