From 2nd March 2015 all LanguageLine face-to-face interpreting customers will use our new system – Interpreter Intelligence, to make and manage their bookings.
Despite the change, there is no need to worry. From a user perspective, the differences are minimal. The booking form will have a slightly different appearance but the booking process will remain largely unchanged. In fact the main changes are all positive in that the new system is more streamlined, quicker to use and offers more features and functionality.
To help users become accustomed to the new system, we have created a number of helpful videos that you will find below.
