LanguageLine Solutions established the “Voice of the Customer” or “VOC” program several years ago as part of a commitment to providing the high quality of language services that our customers want and deserve.
Benefits of VOC

Who may submit a VOC
- Any client or client representative that has access to the organisation’s Client ID may submit a VOC.
- Please complete all required (*) fields in the form below.
What happens after a VOC is submitted
- The person submitting the VOC and the LanguageLine Solutions customer (if not the same person) receives an immediate acknowledgement that the VOC has been received.
- If the VOC requires any investigation, the person submitting the VOC and the customer receive an email that provides the results of the investigation and outlines any action taken as a result of the VOC.
