Q: What is the process and timeline?

A: You may be interviewed by telephone, followed by a face to face interview at our Canary Wharf based offices. Timelines for this will vary based upon the positions, but may take anywhere from two to six weeks.

Q: Are there career advancement opportunities?

A: Each department will offer a number of career advancement opportunities, and there are cross-functional learning and open position opportunities that are posted for all employees. Employees are notified of and supported in applying for positions of interest, advancement and for which they qualify.

Q: How often do you pay?

A: Corporate positions are paid on a monthly basis.

Q: What kinds of support will I have while working or if I have questions?

A: Your manager will always be available to assist you and all support departments are there to offer support, assistance and answer questions. Senior management is also readily available to provide assistance and direction.

Q: What are my work hours?

A: Normal business hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. However, some positions, may require felixibility due to customer, project and/or business needs.

Q: Are positions full-time or part-time?
