LanguageLine Solutions, the world leader in language access and innovation, today announced it has been certified as a Great Place to Work® for a seventh consecutive year. The recognition is based on extensive employee feedback and a comprehensive evaluation of workplace culture conducted by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience.
This year's certification reflects feedback from LanguageLine employees across six countries. Survey results reinforced a defining characteristic of the company’s culture: a deep connection to purpose and a shared belief in LanguageLine’s mission to enable communication and understanding for the people and communities it serves every day.
Employees reported significant progress across several key areas of the workplace experience. Notably, 98% of respondents said people at LanguageLine are treated fairly regardless of gender, age, race, or sexual orientation. Scores improved in manager empathy, emotional intelligence, support for mental and physical wellbeing, and leadership accessibility.
Learning and development scores increased by 11 percentage points year over year, reflecting meaningful investments in employee growth, while 94% of employees said LanguageLine is a physically safe place to work. Team members also reported strong support and collaboration across their teams, as well as positive experiences with flexible and remote work.
“At the heart of our work is a deep belief in the dignity and humanity of every person we serve, and that belief extends to how we support one another as colleagues,” said Simon Yoxon-Grant, President and CEO of LanguageLine. “Earning Great Place to Work certification for a seventh consecutive year is an honor because it comes directly from our employees. Their feedback tells us that our people feel connected to our purpose, supported in their growth, and respected for who they are. That is something we are incredibly proud of.”
The certification follows a landmark year for LanguageLine marked by continued growth, industry recognition, and leadership across the language services sector. Earlier this year, LanguageLine was named the world’s largest language services provider by CSA Research and earned the No. 1 ranking for interpretation services from both Nimdzi and Slator in their 2026 industry assessments.
“As our company continues to evolve, we remain focused on creating an environment where people can bring their best selves to work every day,” Yoxon-Grant said. “This recognition is worth celebrating, but it also reminds us that building a great workplace is an ongoing commitment. We will continue listening, learning, and taking action to ensure LanguageLine remains a place where people are proud to contribute.”
LanguageLine facilitates more than 87 million interactions annually, providing language access solutions across hundreds of languages to clients in healthcare, government, financial services, education, and beyond.
