LanguageLine Solutions, the global leader in on-demand language access, is proud to announce the expansion of its Video Interpreting service with new and extended language availability now offered through the LanguageLine App.
These additions come in direct response to client feedback, increased user demand, and evolving demographic trends in the communities where these languages are spoken.
As of today, nearly 50 languages are available via video, including American Sign Language (ASL) and British Sign Language (BSL).
The newest additions to LanguageLine’s video roster are:
New Video Languages
- Brazilian Portuguese – Available 24/7
- French Canadian – Available 24/7
- Uzbek – Available Monday–Friday, 5:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. PT
- Pashto – Now available Monday–Friday, 12:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. PT

LanguageLine Video Interpreting provides on-demand access to trained, professional interpreters in seconds, allowing for communication that builds trust, reduces misunderstandings, and enhances the customer or patient experience, especially in critical moments of need. The service is widely used by those who rely on fast, accurate language access to support Limited English Proficient (LEP), as well as Deaf or Hard of Hearing individuals.
