TP, the parent company of LanguageLine Solutions, has been recognized as one of the World's Best Workplaces by Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year. The prestigious global recognition reflects the consistent trust and positive experience of employees across the company's worldwide operations.
The World's Best Workplaces award is widely regarded as one of the most credible workplace culture recognitions because it is grounded primarily in employee feedback rather than employer self-nominations. Great Place to Work, in partnership with Fortune, conducts the annual program by surveying millions of employees globally and assessing organizational practices that support workplace culture.
TP's recognition is based largely on responses to the Trust Index™ Survey, which measures five core dimensions of workplace experience: credibility in leadership, respect and support for employees, fairness and equity, pride in work and company, and workplace camaraderie. Approximately two-thirds of the overall score comes directly from employee survey responses, with the remainder derived from a Culture Audit™ that evaluates company policies, programs, and practices.
To qualify for the World's Best Workplaces list, companies must first achieve Great Place to Work Certification in multiple countries and appear on at least five national Best Workplaces lists across different regions. Great Place to Work then aggregates data across countries to assess the consistency of employee experience globally—a standard that rewards organizations demonstrating strong culture across borders, not just in isolated locations.
TP's fifth consecutive recognition demonstrates sustained commitment to building a workplace that empowers employees, values differences, and creates positive impact. The honor reflects feedback and trust from employees worldwide, validating the company's ongoing efforts to maintain high standards of workplace culture across its global operations.
The complete World's Best Workplaces list is published annually by Great Place to Work and Fortune, highlighting companies that have earned recognition through consistent employee trust and cultural excellence worldwide.
