Access a Video Interpreter through multiple devices
LanguageLine Video Solutions solutions is compatible with a number of devices. There are three options for a location to instantly connect via video or audio to a live language interpreter.
Connect to video interpreting through a PC, MAC, iOS, or an Android based video application. Download the software from the video website for a PC and MAC or via the Apple App Store or Android Market.
Connection to video interpreting can also be made through a Cisco E-20 videophone. If you are interested in this option, we will need to set up a meeting between your IT department to understand how the network is structured and determine the best way to allow the devices to make a video call.
Are you using existing video equipped medical carts? Video interpreting can be connected through this platform as well. Video Interpreting is inter-operable with video teleconferencing equipment from Cisco/Tandberg, Polycom, and LifeSize.
