We are proud to announce that LanguageLine Solutions has successfully obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certification of its Quality Management System for the delivery of language services to North American clients. LanguageLine is the world’s leading provider of professional interpretation and translation services.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized quality management standard developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The certification provides a model for companies of all types and sizes to use in building an effective quality management system. The standard is based on several quality management principles, including having a strong customer focus, involvement of high-level company management, an outlined process-based approach, and processes for ongoing improvement.

"We are thrilled to earn this respected certification, which speaks to our core values of honesty, integrity, reliability, and delivering total and complete client satisfaction," LanguageLine President and CEO Scott W. Klein said. "This designation is a tribute to the disciplined work of our people who deliver this recognized level of excellence every day to our clients and partners."

The ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates and acknowledges that LanguageLine meets the highest standards for quality, with a focus on performance excellence and innovation through its broad scope of language services. These services include live interpretation in on-demand and on-site formats, translation of the written word across all media, and the testing of training of in-house interpreters and bilingual staff. Solutions are available in more than 240 languages and delivered via a team of world-class professional linguists that is nearly 26,000 strong.

ISO 9001:2015 is used by companies focused on providing consistent products and services that enhance customer satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. ISO standards are regularly reviewed to ensure its requirements reflect best practices for organizations, as well as the needs of customers, in the evolving marketplace.
