With the increased demand for equal access to services, our training programs are designed to ensure high-quality bilingual and interpreter standards.
We focus on developing interpreting skills and knowledge, including the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. Enrollees receive a Certificate of Course Completion upon successfully concluding their training. Plus, our innovative, expert-led programs can be delivered in person, by phone, and online—eliminating the need for travel and missed time at work.

We offer a comprehensive suite, including:
- Fundamentals of Interpreting (introductory course with role-play exercises)
- Interpreter Readiness Assessment (IRA/eIRA) to gauge bilingual readiness
- Interpreter Skills Test (IST/eIST) for existing interpreters to benchmark skills
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT/eLPT) using the ILR rating scale
- Medical Terminology Wordbook for building critical domain-specific vocabulary
- Medical Certification Test for validating competence in medical interpreting
- Advanced Medical Training (40-hour online or onsite course with live sessions)
Tests and training are available via phone, online, or in-person, offering flexibility to accommodate different schedules and needs.
All assessments are delivered by highly trained interpreters with professional credentials. Tests are administered over a landline phone to ensure quality and confidentiality.
You’ll receive a written performance report, and upon passing skills or certification tests, a Certificate of Competency will be mailed or emailed to you.
