MONTEREY, CA – September 25, 2025 – LanguageLine Solutions, the world leader in language access and innovation, today announced it has been certified as a Great Place to Work for an unprecedented sixth consecutive year. The recognition is based on an extensive employee survey and a comprehensive evaluation of company culture conducted by Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture and employee experience.
This year’s survey results were particularly noteworthy. Nearly 80 percent of LanguageLine team members said they believe their work has special meaning and is not just a job. They also shared strong pride in their role and impact, with high agreement on the following statements:
- "Our customers would rate the service we provide as excellent"
- "I feel I make a difference here"
- "I am proud to tell others I work here"
- "My work has special meaning"
These scores significantly exceeded the Great Place to Work global benchmark of 57 percent.
"At the heart of our work is a deep belief in the dignity and humanity of every person we serve and that begins with how we care for one another internally," said Simon Yoxon-Grant, President and CEO of LanguageLine. "To be certified as a Great Place to Work for the sixth year in a row validates that belief. Our team members know their work changes lives, and they take tremendous pride in that responsibility."
The certification follows a landmark year for LanguageLine marked by sustained growth, industry accolades, and strategic expansion:
- Named the world’s top interpretation provider for the fourth consecutive time by the Nimdzi 100
- Ranked the second largest language services provider globally by Common Sense Advisory, Nimdzi, and on the Slator 2025 LSP Index
- Acquired ZP Better Together, a leader in accessible communication for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities
- Honored as Business of the Year by the Monterey Peninsula Chamber of Commerce
LanguageLine also advanced its digital capabilities by strategically integrating artificial intelligence into both interpretation and translation services. By combining AI-powered tools with expert human linguists, the company is delivering faster, more efficient solutions without compromising the accuracy and cultural nuance that clients expect.
"This has been a year of tremendous change," said Yoxon-Grant, who just completed his first year as CEO after taking over from Scott W. Klein. "From integrating new technologies to expanding our services, our team has consistently risen to meet every challenge with grace and grit."
LanguageLine facilitates more than 85 million interactions annually in over 350 languages, supporting clients in healthcare, government, financial services, education, and beyond.
