Enrollees receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the course. Our comprehensive content has been developed by interpreter trainers, each with an average of 20 years of industry experience.

What training does LanguageLine offer?
LanguageLine’s innovative, expert-led programs are delivered online, in person and over-the-phone. Participants access the web-based training modules, from any location, at any time, increasing productivity and eliminating the need for travel or missed work time.
Fundamentals of Interpreting: A six-hour web-based course with a three-hour instructor-led phone session consisting of role-playing exercises to develop interpreting skills.
Advanced Medical Training: A 40-hour web-training course with additional instructor-led sessions by phone. Candidates are able to earn 10 Continuing Education units. This course is also available onsite.
